  @Yishai Galatzer ,

  Same way if I write <img alt="" src=""/> then it's valid but webmatrix force me to fill a value for it. It's maybe a warning but not error.

  just found a solution (btw. I'm german)
  duplicate the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft WebMatrix\Schemas\1033 and rename the copy to your local id (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/goglobal/bb964664.aspx)
